I specialize in selling homes in the Pierce county area. I am also lucky enough to live where I work, allowing me to provide more intimate knowledge of the local market. I truly enjoy sharing my experience and professional insights with my clients, so they can make highly informed decisions with confidence. I also strive to make meaningful connections and understand the needs of each and every client. Having closed a large number of transactions over the years, I have developed a keen sense of what negotiation strategies work best for each unique home sale. I base my success on my client's happiness after a transaction. At every step, I make sure my clients know I'm 100% there for them -- no matter how short or long it takes
